What I found out: (1)Pops quickly - you need to watch it and err on the side of ending a little early, or it scortches the whole batch super fast. Just hang out and watch and you'll be fine. (2) Don't even try to use oil, it doesn't work well.
Butter on top needs to be in separated pats, or it melts too slowly, like with the Stir Crazy popper. (3) This cleans up easily, but be VERY VERY paranoid!

(4) Mine had a tiny crack where the handle attached, and I thought it would be fine, and just avoided picking it up by handle (I hate returning stuff). But, with each use, it 'crazed' all along the handle, and now I'm too afraid to use it anymore. I basically got ten uses out of it, then threw it away last night. Hence this review.
